Meet Forrest Morgan, Founder

Forrest Morgan is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and nCino specialist with more than seven years of hands-on experience running Salesforce for banks, credit unions and growing businesses. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, he started Elite Admin Service so organizations can get senior-level admin help without the cost of a full-time hire.

At a large credit union, Forrest was the lead Salesforce administrator. He supported more than 600 users across 60 departments and led the rollout of the nCino Bank Operating System, from testing to going live. At a regional bank, he ran nCino and owned its reporting, data oversight and advanced support for the lending, credit, loan operations and treasury management teams.

His consulting work includes full Sales Cloud and Service Cloud setups, moving data from older CRM systems, connecting Salesforce to other tools, and updating older automations (Workflows and Process Builders) to Flow, Salesforce’s current tool. Before Salesforce, he spent five years as a systems analyst with the Defense Logistics Agency’s Expeditionary Response Team, supporting crisis and disaster logistics worldwide.

Forrest holds a B.S. in Business (Project Management) and an A.S. in Computer Network Technology.
